Customising check-ins reminders

When you create a plan, Tability uses your default check-ins settings to configure the reminders and reports.

List of settings available:

  • For weekly reminders and reports

    • Check-in reminder day: day of the week when weekly reminders should be sent

    • Check-in reminder hour: time of the day when check-ins reminders should be sent

    • Weekly report day: day of the week when weekly progress reports should be sent

    • Weekly report hour: hour of the day when weekly progress reports should be sent

  • For monthly reminders and reports

    • Monthly reminders day: day of the month when monthly check-ins should be sent

    • Monthly report day: day of the month when monthly reports should be sent

How to edit the default workflow settings:

  1. Go to the Workflows admin section

  2. Update the default settings

  3. Hit Save
