Owners and Contributors

Owners and contributors are how you assign users to specific outcomes and initiatives.

Owners

Assign owners to your outcomes if they are the main user responsible for an outcome. As an owner, the user will:

• Receive check-in reminders for the outcome. Anyone can still make check-ins on their behalf, but the owner is the ones that will get the reminders.

• Outcomes will appear on the owner's Home page.

Contributors

Contributors act as a secondary owner to an outcome. It's a way to indicate who is involved. Contributors will not receive notifications on an outcome they contribute to, only owners. However, if you assign a contributor on an outcome, you can:

• Search for outcome by contributor in the Filters page

• See outcomes and initiatives someone contributes to on their People page

• See outcomes and initiatives that you contribute to in your Home page
