Tability Basic
Tability Basic was built for teams that are getting started with outcome-driven frameworks like OKRs, NCTs, or Scaling Up.
It includes the essential features that you need to set and track goals with your team, as well as tools that can help you visualise alignment at scale.
It's recommended for your first OKR cycle, or if you're a team of fewer than 10 people.
Tability Plus
Tability Plus is great for orgs with multiple teams and looking for ways to scale their goal-tracking efforts. Tability Plus gives you additional capabilities to scale goal-tracking and manage your org structure.
You Plus subscription will include everything in the Basic subscription, plus:
Teams - Better organise your workspace by grouping your people into teams and linking those teams to related plans
Standups - A standups dashboard to track daily updates from your team
Automate check-ins - Using API or Zapier, create check-ins automatically when triggered externally
Data sources - Instantly import the numbers to your Check-in from a number of integrated apps
SAML SSO - Manage access controls and single sign-on through external apps
Tability Premium
Tability Premium is the full suite of features for orgs that are putting their outcomes at the center. A Premium subscription includes all the features in Basic and Plus, additional features:
Cascading Map - Visualise relationships and dependencies between Outcomes
Retrospectives - Share reflections with the rest of the org
Auto-sync for data sources - Automatically update the progress of your Outcomes via external integrations
Workspace Insights - Measure adoption and surface goal-setting risks

KPI module to track high-level KPIs and link them to teams and initiatives
Read-only guests to allow you to add additional users without having to pay for their seats
